The district attorneys in the FTX scams trial state that disgraced Sam Bankman-Fried is guilty beyond sensible doubt following his testament in court.
In brand-new court records reported by Inner City Press, Assistant Attorney of the United States Nicolas Roos resolves the jury and argues that Bankman-Fried is guilty on every among his charges.
States Roos,
“The core conflict here is whether the offender understood that taking the cash was incorrect. He understood. He did it anyhow. He believed he was smarter, and might stroll his escape of it. Today, with you, that ends.”
According to Roos, Bankman-Fried’s testament was filled with lies and hassle-free omissions.

Bankman-Fried is implicated of mishandling billions of dollars worth of client cash along with defrauding financiers when he supposedly masterminded a plot to move funds from the crypto exchange to its sibling company, Alameda Research, to make high-risk bets that stopped working.
If founded guilty on his charges, Bankman-Fried faces years several years in jail.
